Choose a complete evening
The fine print, plainly
A Prestige Pass is a complete Prestige evening, paid in full by the giver. The recipient chooses an eligible night, and the included experience costs them nothing.
- What a Prestige Pass is
- A Prestige Pass is a complete Prestige evening, bought in advance for someone. It names what is included — admission, seating and, on a dinner experience, dinner from the evening's base menu. It is not a gift card and carries no dollar balance.
- Nothing more to pay
- Everything the Prestige Pass includes is already paid for: admission, dinner where included, the 20% Service Charge, the ticketing fee, and tax on those items. When your recipient books the included experience, the amount due is $0.00. Card processing on the giver's own purchase is shown to the giver before they pay.
- Where it can be used
- A Prestige Pass is issued by The Prestige Salt Lake and is redeemed at The Prestige, against performances that are scheduled, available and open to Prestige Pass booking at the time of booking.
- What it does not reserve
- A Prestige Pass does not hold a particular production, performer, date, time, table, seat or menu item, and does not guarantee any future production. Reservations are subject to availability and to any eligibility or blackout rules disclosed at the time of booking.
- If prices change
- The Prestige Pass promises the experience, not the amount paid for it. If admission or dinner prices rise before it is redeemed, the recipient still receives the experience named on the ticket, with nothing extra to pay.
- Upgrades and extras
- The recipient may add anything they like beyond what is included — a premium entrée, a seating upgrade, drinks. Only the difference is charged, together with the Service Charge and tax that apply to that difference.
- Mystique gift cards
- Mystique gift cards belong to the Mystique program and are generally redeemed at Mystique. Some older cards were issued when cross-venue redemption was available; if you hold one, Guest Services will review it with you.
- How long it lasts
- A Prestige Pass is valid for 12 months from the date it is purchased. The exact use-by date is shown at purchase and printed on the pass itself. Promotional Prestige Passes may carry their own end date, always printed on the pass.
- Not exchangeable for cash
- A Prestige Pass cannot be exchanged for cash, converted into a dollar credit, or applied as a payment amount toward an unrelated purchase.
- Refunds
- Prestige Pass purchases are final and cannot be refunded, except where required by law or to correct an erroneous or duplicate transaction.
- Lost or stolen
- Tell Guest Services. If the experience has not been redeemed, we can cancel the ticket and reissue it to the rightful holder. We cannot replace one that has already been used.
- Checking a Prestige Pass
- Check what a Prestige Pass includes and whether it is still open using its number together with the email it was sent to, or its PIN if one was set. We never confirm a Prestige Pass from the number alone.
- Delivery
- Prestige Passes are emailed to the recipient, either as soon as the purchase completes or on the morning of a date you choose. If it does not arrive, Guest Services can resend it.
- Cancelling a booked evening
- If a booked Prestige Pass reservation is cancelled within the venue's cancellation policy, the Prestige Pass is returned to the recipient to use on another eligible night rather than refunded.
- Promotional Prestige Passes
- Prestige Passes issued by The Prestige as a courtesy, a partnership or a service recovery may carry their own eligibility rules and end date. They are never exchangeable for cash and cannot be resold.
