Sales are final
Last updated 8/18/2026
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are generally not issued for illness, personal emergencies, forgotten reservations, no-shows, weather, travel problems, performer substitutions, or other circumstances outside The Prestige's control, except where required by law or expressly approved by management.
Rescheduling
Last updated 8/18/2026
Reservation changes may be requested with at least 48 hours' advance notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed until confirmed. A reschedule may require payment of any price difference, carries forward or requires new meal and experience selections as appropriate, and follows the rules of the destination performance. Requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled experience generally do not qualify for rescheduling or account credit.
Late arrival & no-show
Last updated 8/18/2026
No-shows are not eligible for a refund or credit. The Prestige operates tightly timed dining and entertainment experiences and cannot delay the experience for late arrivals. Late accommodation or seating is at management's discretion and may not be possible; late guests may miss portions of dining, service or the performance. The Prestige may adjust seating assignments when operationally necessary, including because of substantial late arrival.
Children & age guidance
Last updated 8/18/2026
All ages are welcome. Children must be supervised and able to enjoy the experience without disrupting other guests. Some performances — particularly seasonal presentations — may include theatrical, mysterious, dark or startling content. Parents and guardians should use discretion with younger children. Individual productions may publish additional age guidance, which takes precedence.
Performer substitutions
Last updated 8/18/2026
Scheduled performers are subject to change. A performer substitution does not automatically qualify a guest for a refund. Where feasible, guests who specifically wish to see another advertised performer may request a reschedule under the normal advance-notice policy.
Venue cancellation
Last updated 8/18/2026
If The Prestige cancels a performance, affected guests will be contacted with the remedy available for that cancellation, which may include rescheduling, account credit, or a refund where required or approved.
Fees & taxes
Last updated 8/18/2026
The Prestige displays mandatory charges as part of the applicable all-in ticket price before purchase. A mandatory 20% Service Charge applies to applicable purchases and supports the cost of operating our hospitality and service experience. The Service Charge is not a gratuity, and additional gratuity is optional. A Ticketing & Processing Fee also applies to ticketed purchases and helps cover ticketing technology, payment processing and related transaction costs. Applicable taxes are calculated according to the venue's current tax configuration. The complete price and applicable tax are disclosed before payment.

Gratuities
Last updated 8/18/2026
Additional gratuities are optional and always appreciated, unless a particular product or event explicitly states otherwise.
Promotions & discount codes
Last updated 8/18/2026
Promotional codes and discounts cannot be applied retroactively to a completed purchase. Promotions may carry date, performance, inventory or combination restrictions, and any other terms clearly disclosed at the time of the offer.
Photography & recording during the performance
Last updated 8/18/2026
Guests may take personal photographs of the venue where permitted. Photography, audio recording and video recording during the actual performance are prohibited unless specifically authorized. This protects performers' material and avoids disrupting other guests.
Photography & filming notice
Last updated 8/18/2026
Photography and video recording regularly take place at The Prestige during performances, dining experiences and other events. Guests may appear in photographs or video capturing the audience, venue atmosphere, audience participation, performer interactions or the live experience. These materials may be used by The Prestige to document and promote its venue, productions and experiences.
Guests who have concerns about being photographed or recorded are encouraged to speak with a member of our team. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests where practicable.
Separate consent may be requested when an individual is intentionally recruited for a testimonial, interview, staged advertisement, endorsement, posed promotional shoot or other focused individual commercial use. This is separate from ordinary photography or video documenting and promoting the live Prestige experience. Appearance in ordinary event photography does not mean that a guest personally endorses The Prestige or another product or service.
Communications & marketing preferences
Last updated 8/18/2026
Purchasing a ticket allows us to send the reservation messages you need — confirmation, tickets, meal-selection reminders, schedule changes, arrival instructions and customer-service replies. Promotional email and promotional text messages are separate, optional and never a condition of purchase. You choose them at checkout or in your account, and you can withdraw either at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by replying STOP to a text. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. Your preference records whether you agreed to hear from The Prestige Salt Lake only, or from HOTT Hospitality Group and its participating brands.
Gift cards & stored value
Last updated 8/18/2026
Gift cards and other stored value issued by The Prestige may be redeemed toward tickets, dining and other experiences offered by the venue, subject to availability and to any restrictions disclosed at the time of purchase or issuance. Certain promotions may not be combined with gift card redemption where that restriction is disclosed.
Please treat a gift card like cash. The Prestige is not responsible for lost or stolen cards, or for redemption by anyone who presents a valid card code. Gift cards are generally not refundable and are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law. Any expiration or dormancy terms apply only where permitted by applicable law and are disclosed at purchase.
For balance inquiries, replacement questions or help with a redemption, contact Guest Services at guestservices@hotthospitality.com or (916) 293-9000.
Privacy
Last updated 8/18/2026
We collect the information needed to sell you a ticket and host your visit: your name, contact details, reservation and dining selections, and payment confirmation data. We share that information only with the service providers who make the experience work — payment processing, ticketing and delivery, email and text messaging, and analytics — each of which may process the data only on our instructions. We also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal contact information. Marketing preferences are honored and can be changed at any time, and you may request access to or deletion of your information where applicable law provides that right by contacting Guest Services.
Guest conduct & service of alcohol
Last updated 8/18/2026
We serve alcohol responsibly and reserve the right to refuse service. Guests who disrupt the performance or the comfort of others, or who are intoxicated, may be asked to leave without a refund. Our team's decision in the room is final.
